Hospitalio recruits cruise line senior management (officers) and junior management/line staff (crew) for major cruise lines.

We are official hiring partners for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines which owns the Azamara, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean cruise line brands. RCCL are the world's most recognized cruise brands.  The photo above is of the Oasis of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship which was recently launched by RCCL.  The ship can accomodate over 5000 passengers and Hospitalio was proud to assist in the recruitment of the opening team.  Oasis's sister ship, Allure will be launching in 2010.

We are always on the lookout for strong hospitality candidates for the following roles: Hotel Director, Assistant Hotel Director, Cruise Director. Onboard Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, Beverage Manager, Food Manager, Chief Housekeeper, Assistant Chief Housekeeper, Guest Relations Manager and Front Office Manager.

The minimum requirements for these roles are at least two years in a similar role on a cruise ship and/or a large (200 room plus) five star hotel or resort.
